Prayer based on Hebrews 8

Our Father, thank You for our great High Priest. He is at Your right Hand in the heavenly sanctuary. What a wonderful gift to have a Friend in the seat of highest power! He is the Mediator of a New Covenant. This covenant He established with His own obedience. We thank You that You have put Your laws into our hearts and minds. We thank You that You have sent to us the Heavenly Teacher, the Holy Spirit. Fill us with this same Teacher even now, that we would delight in the truth of Your Word and follow You.
