Apostles Creed, #7

Continuing in the Apostles Creed... I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son,

"our Lord:"

Jesus is Lord.

He is not only David's Son.

He is David's Lord.

He is the Lord over His people for blessing.

He is the Lord over His enemies for judgment.

Psalm 110:1 The Lord says to my Lord:
“Sit at my right hand,
until I make your enemies your footstool.”
